Repairs to the south porch have been completed but it is necessary for the south porch to remain closed for general access for the time being while it is monitored for further movement. Therefore, until further notice, access to the church is to be via the north side.

The complete Church has a sloping floor which brings a whole new meaning to walking ‘up the aisle’. Another unusual feature is its octagonal Tower.
Located within the Churchyard, the small ‘School Room’ has a much warmer and communal atmosphere. It is generally used for most Sunday services with larger occasions and funerals being held in Church.
Access
Billingford lies on the B1145 Roman Road with North Elmham as its immediate neighbour – just the Wensum to separate them. St Peter is just to the North of the B1145 road.
It is set on a hillside overlooking beautiful fields and meadows of the Wensum valley.
The Church is normally unlocked during daylight hours.
